Q. When should I place my order?
A. We strongly suggest booking as soon as you know the date as we tend to book out months in advance. A non-refundable retainer fee holds your date.

Q. If I don't know the theme of my event, can I hold a date with a retainer?
A. Yes. If we don't hear back from you after obtaining your retainer fee, a member of our staff will reach back out to you a month prior to your event.

Q. Do you provide nut-free, gluten-free or vegan treats?
A. Please be aware that while your treats may not be made with nuts or nut products, it will be prepared in a kitchen where nut products may be used in other treats. Our products may contain or come in contact with milk or milk products, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. At this time, we currently do not offer gluten-free or vegan treats.

Q. Do you deliver or is there a meeting location?
A. We no longer offer delivery. Pick Up Instructions are sent out on Mondays the week of your scheduled event. There is a 15 min grace period.

Q. When is the final payment due?
A. The final payment is due two weeks prior to your event. No changes can be made to your order after the final payment has been made.

Q. Do you offer refunds?
A. We do not offer refunds. We ask that you please read the terms and conditions of your invoice carefully.

Please note, that our treats are made in a home kitchen that is not subject to Maryland's Food Safety Regulations.
